Grant Batty |Elite Client Mentor & Advisor

Grant "Batts" Batty played 56 matches for the All Blacks between 1972 and 1977, scoring 180 points and taking out the New Zealand's prestigious "Superstar" sports award 3 years running. In his biography, (voted No. 1 for Best Rugby Biography), written by Bob Howitt: "An 11-stone dynamo, he attracted tens of thousands of spectators to matches and delighted them with his attacking genius, his audacious tangling with giant forwards, his irrepressible zest for action and for the game of rugby. Batty was direct, aggressive and controversial on the field, and these same qualities come through in this biography. Grant Batty was as much a force off the field as he was on it and his direct nature is about as kiwi as it can get." In 1973, Batts played a vital role in the 'Greatest game of rugby ever played' when The All Blacks were narrowly defeated by a star studded Barbarians side 23-11 in Cardiff, Wales.

Now residing in Australia, Batts has been heavily involved with the development of many top international players and coaches for the better part of 20 years. Former Head Coach of Yamaha (Japan), two leading Queensland Premier Clubs, Australian U/19 and Backs Coach of the Queensland Reds, Batts has firsthand experience on the way the modern game should be played and more importantly - enjoyed.

Grant currently combines a successful commercial real estate career with his first love of his family, which is then closely followed by rugby. Grant is a sports writer, business advisor and 'rugby mad' family man. His superior focus, dedication and commitment to the job at hand, make him a corner stone of our team and rugby advisers.

Dale Cook| Australasian Manager (Australia, New Zealand & Asia)

I am Rah Rah's Sydney based agent. Originally hailing from just north of Christchurch, I grew up playing for the Woodend club, eventually playing at senior level in the North Canterbury senior competition. The North Canterbury region has produced many a great New Zealand rugby names including Blackadder and Deans to name just a couple.

After several years living abroad which included a stint playing both Rugby and Cricket in the Scottish Borders I returned home to study a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Canterbury.

I have been based in Sydney since 2009 and in this time I have built an extensive network of contacts within clubs in the Sydney Metro, Suburban, NSW Country and ACT competitions. I am also working closely with clubs in Hong Kong and New Zealand. Rah Rah Rugby’s extensive player base together with a strong network of contacts in Australia and New Zealand leaves me in an excellent position to service the recruitment needs of these clubs and provide playing opportunities across Australasia for players of all levels.

I continue to develop this network of both clubs and players throughout Australasia with the goal to strengthen the playing depth of the clubs I service while providing young rugby players with the opportunity to travel the world and develop their game.

Ryan Dunnett | International Coaching Manager

I've been working as a Rugby Agent for Rah Rah Rugby since December 2010, and I also work for Queensland Rugby Union in Development. I'm based in North Queensland. After finishing a Sports Degree in New Zealand I spent 9 years playing and coaching Rugby around the world. The experience I had at so many wonderful clubs and countries is something I will never forget.

I am hoping I can guide as many players and coaches into finding good experiences and opportunities like the ones I have had over the last few years. I'm a IRB level 3 coach, and I enjoy all sport - but Rugby has been a huge passion for me since a very early age
